Not everyone's english is bad, just cause this is a chinese forum. And your not simply the best to "teach" others how to speak properly.
Personally , i think its not really a big deal whether u're from an english spoken family or not, but i am~ and i guess it does make learning "perfect english" is alot easier. but you're all still young, converse with your friends or family more in english to improve, story books do help, but its more important talking to other people first.

It is seriously terrible and horrible if we cant pass with flying colors in English paper under Cambridge marking scheme since we put lot of effort into english learning..
