if im not mistaken, the first one is correct~
it shud b "a English xxx" but not "an English xxx"
not all the words start from aeiou shud use "an"
it is based on the pronunciation =)

i also want to improve my speaking and grammar...i dont have many frens can speak english with me ...so i hope that i can find some friends like u all can often speak english with me...
my grammar is also very poor...hope that u all can correct me...
