If you want to really improve your English, you are advised to master two skills:
1.  English pronunciation
2.  Grammar

The above two skills can heip you to study on your own and improve much faster.

Icic. I am thinking to take TOEFL. I have tried some practice tests, wow, it is very difficult, it is more on technical english language. Do you have any ideas how should I to prepare it?

If you find it hard to understand, you need to learn more new words. Buy a TOEFL vocabulary to learn by heart.
