地瓜一條‧地瓜粉適量‧糖適量
沸水一鍋‧冰開水、冰塊各適量
作法:
1。綠豆洗淨,加水入快鍋,並將高架放上
2。地瓜削皮切大塊放入快鍋配件之深鍋,再將深鍋置入快鍋中,並蓋上內鍋蓋,將快鍋蓋好,以中火煮開至發出"唧唧"聲後改文火,
再煮4分鐘即可熄火
3。待紅色指示桿下降後,取出配件深鍋與高架,拌入砂糖放涼,即為蜜綠豆
4。地瓜以大湯匙壓碎,拌入適量地瓜粉,揉成團狀,分切成小湯圓,入沸水中煮至浮起,撈起後,拌少許糖,以防沾黏
5。食用時,取蜜綠豆,加上冷開水,冰塊調開,並加入適量地瓜圓即可
