Data Center Customer Operations Engineer II
(Johor - Nusajaya)

Job Summary
Assists with basic repairs, maintenance, and installations of Data Center infrastructure. Collaborates with others to resolve basic incidents and to keep the Data Center running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Facility/Infrastructure Maintenance
Performs site inspections and monitors the building and Data center alarms
Performs basic preventative maintenance on site infrastructure (e.g. changing filters on air conditioning units), or manages vendors
Assists more senior staff in repairs and corrective maintenance
Site Administration
Completion of site logs and data gathering for basic permits, such as MOPs and scripts
Incident Management
Assists more senior staff with responding to all on-site incidents and acts as directed
Work order
Reviews work order requests (smart hands, cross connect, trouble tickets etc) in the queue and responds to semi-routine work orders by adhering to commitment times.
Supports semi-routine datacenter standard operating cross-connect work order requests (installs, terminations, modifications, and testing).
Ensures the standard operating procedures are followed on cable management of: coax, fiber, twisted pair copper, and semi-routine intra-building cross connects.
Qualifications
Fresh graduates are welcome
At least a diploma in an Engineering/IT
Requirements
Willingness to work on rotating shifts
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
