工作性质:	Establishes relationships with VIP customer to promote gaming experience; Welcomes guest upon arrival and assist guest for departure; Resolves any problem or perceived guest inconvenience in order to ensure guest satisfaction; Assists International Marketing with promotions and special events as needed; Supports executive to reports at the end of the shift/week, including issue arise in VIP Hall, complain raised out by VIP customers; Arranges Hotel room and transport for VIP guest inquiry; Controls F&B, Hotel room, transportation and spa voucher; Oversees rolling transaction with player and Treasury; Be knowledgeable about and provide guests with information regarding gambling, player tracking systems, casino events and general property amenities; Inspects grooming and attire of staff, and rectify any deficiencies; Performs other duties as assigned; Assists guest in room bookings and proceed to hotel to take room key for guest.

条件:	英语，普通话/广东话女生158公分以上男生 170公分以上 Diploma in Customer Service/Marketing related (PR, Business, Hotel, Social science, HR...) OR 1-2 years Sales experiences with demanding clients
