材料
泡菜4-5块,芽菜230克,青葱4棵,麻油1茶匙,油,盐
做法
1、泡菜切细,芽菜洗净,青葱去根切段。
2、快火下油起锅,先炒香芽菜,加入泡菜、青葱炒香,加60毫升水;
3、盖好盖,煮3-4分钟,加入少许盐调味,熄火,加入1茶匙麻油即成。
