| 工作性质: | Job Responsibilities • Ability to monitor and do regular maintenance of all PCs / laptops / servers / equipment in the customers' organization. • Providing 1st level / 2nd level support to end-users in troubleshooting and resolving of desktop PC, servers, network problems. • Provide overall system administration and maintenance support for Windows 2003 / 2008 servers, Exchange 2003 / 2007 servers, etc. • Take ownership of all the calls coming to service desk until the case is closed. • Provide education and training of software to end-users. • Provide weekly report to supervisor / manager. • Regular housekeeping of all in house systems and operating procedures. • Review systems regularly to improve and streamline work processes. • Perform overtime when required, and having 24x7 Stand-by rotation with the team (No Shift work is required). • Any other tasks as and when assigned by the reporting supervisor / manager. |
