有兩間房要出租，各RM400，包水電，衹限華人女性，無抽烟等不良習慣，不能養寵物。
房間内有床架，床單，風扇，書桌，椅子，全身大鏡。
其中一個房間有壁櫥。
有洗衣機，濾水器，冰箱，微波爐，烤爐，蒸爐，瓦斯爐，餐桌，電視，autogate等各種必要的生活用具。
浴室是由兩間房的女生共用。
屋子狀況良好，整修翻新不到一年。
地點位于商店街的後面，走路2分鐘就能到達。。有7-11，咖啡店，診所，雜貨店，理髮店等。
