工作性质:	Lead digital strategy: integrated digital marketing strategies including websites, mobile, email, SEM, SEO, display advertising and social media. -Grow customer acquisition & top-line Revenue: Drive strategy for demand generating through nurturing and qualifying leads across multiple acquisition sources, including paid search, display advertising, strategic partnerships and other digital direct-to-consumer marketing channels. -Proven ability to deliver strong traffic growth through multiple platforms – web, mobile, tablets, social, and other digital marketing channels -Develop lifecycle marketing programs to enhance retention, increase average number of projects per customer, and drive referral business. -Graphic processing skill like Adobe software for social media and edm uses will be a plus.
