条件:	Ø Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. Entry level are encouraged to apply Ø Typically has 1 to 3 years of IT work experience with demonstrated problem solving and customer-service skills, as well as good basic knowledge of PC hardware, software and network terminologies Ø Possesses ability to work independently as well as part of a team Ø Initiative to take ownership of tasks and proactive in following up Ø Keen to learn and take up challenges Ø Good analytical and crisis management skills Ø Good social etiquette with proficient spoken and written English language a must
