organization.
• Providing 1st level / 2nd level support to end-users in troubleshooting and resolving of desktop PC, servers,
network problems.
• Provide overall system administration and maintenance support for Windows 2003 / 2008 servers,
Exchange 2003 / 2007 servers, etc.
• Take ownership of all the calls coming to service desk until the case is closed.
• Provide education and training of software to end-users.
• Provide weekly report to supervisor / manager.
• Regular housekeeping of all in house systems and operating procedures.
• Review systems regularly to improve and streamline work processes.
• Perform overtime when required, and having 24x7 Stand-by rotation with the team (No Shift work is
required).
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by the reporting supervisor / manager.
工作地点:16 Jalan Kilang Timor Redhill Forum Singapore 159308.
工作时间:9am-6pm
工作日期:Mon-Fri
工钱  :$1600-$2000(Depend Experience)
条件 :• Able to work independently with/or minimum supervision.
• Have good communication skills, be meticulous and organized in your work, and be able to work well with
tight deadlines.
• Good working and learning attitude.
• Fluent in common language.
• Min Degree in IT / relevant field or higher.
• Fresh graduates / school leavers are welcome to apply.
• Singaporean,Singapore PR,Malaysian are welcome to apply.
