[询问] google play store不能用了

谁会解决这问题，我的play store不能下载东西了？
还有会出现unfortunately, your google play has stopped...
为什么会这样啊？？

试试到system->apps->google play store->清除数据，再到google play service 清除数据然后重启手机

system 就是设置，所以说你必须到设置里进行这个操作
