2. Loan tenure 2-5 years.
Fees and charges:
1. Stamp duty ad valorem 0.5%of approved loan amount.
2. Early settlement fee, RM200 or 3% of loan outstanding, whichever higher, if loan is settled within first 2 years or before reaching half of the loan tenure, whichever earlier, starting loan disbursement date.
