工作性质：
1. 应付客户服务要求安排提供服务 Attend customer service requests.
2. 收集关于服务所需的信息给服务团队 Collecting the required information regarding the service and channel to service team.
3. 与服务团队跟进，协调和监督服务状态 Coordinate, follow up & monitor service status with service team.
4. 通过email或电话与客户联络安排与更新服务状态 Update customer on the service arrangement and service status via email or phone.
工作地点：大学城工业区 (Jusco 旁边) 24, Jalan Perdagangan 8,Taman Universiti, 81300 Skudai,Johor,Malaysia
工作时间：8.30am - 6.00pm
工作日期：星期一 至 星期五 Monday to Friday
工钱 ：面试时洽谈
条件 ：
1.SPM程度或以上 Candidate must possess SPM Certificate or higher.
2.具备良好的沟通能力(中,英,巫) Possess good communication skills (English, Bahasa Melayu & Mandarin)
3.具备良好的人际沟通技巧 Possess good interpersonal skills
4.熟悉MS Office应用程序 Familiar with MS Office applications.
