It's CHEAP, desirable n affordable for the new-intake students or ppl who want to get low budget accomodation....as although it is small room, but it still can fit in 2 person, as wat i did currently... ^0^ cuz RM290 divided by 2 ppl, one ppl oni cost RM145 !!! How CHEAP was tat !
1.)very friendly housemates (if u hav any problem, u may approach the house leader or any of them) ^-^
2.)10 mbps Maxis Fibre Internet (super fast, wont lag when u watch or download drama, or when u play games etc)
3.) water heater, shoes rack, refrigerator, tilam(bed), desk n cupboard, pail, dustbin, cooking utensils provided
4.) non-smokers
5.) swimming pool view ( there is oways the cool breeze blow inside to the house, so sometimes u will feel very cool juz like u r in Genting)
condo facilities:- swimming pool, basketball court, gym, ping pong court, mini market
Extra:
- FREE KTAR and UTAR bus available
- near to bus station (just 5 minit walk) u can get any public bus n taxi here~
-near to food stall ( various type of famous food is available around oh)
- near to KTAR and UTAR (15 minit by bus)
-near to festival mall, PV128 commercial building
(Can moved in by mid n end of April or first of May2014)
