我在上个礼拜五（10/1）给顾客发货的（马六甲-》新山）
结果今天，顾客依然没收到货！！tracking status 还是是停留在运输当中！！

昨天去问了马六甲的officer~说应该是johor区货物太多来不及分类，发送？？！ 可是为什么连update都没有呢？打去1300-300-300 N次，结果打通了她们也给类似的答案，叫我file report. ..
然后，我是要怎样？好无助

6天，过了6天！买家终于收到货了！！！泪奔！！！！！还好不是包裹遗失啊！！不然会死得很惨！
