鸡肉哦~我最喜欢的method就是 baked,stir fry / Saute
这两招就很够用了~哈哈哈!
因为鸡肉很容易熟~
baked --> i will cut them into desired size (or you want to have it the WHOLE breast), sprinkle "all spice" and " grounded black peppers, throw them inside the toaster oven, 200degree 15~20mins
stir fry --> stir fry your onion or garlic or whatever you want to put it in, then throw in the chicken into rice cooker (make sure you cut it into small size) and Saute!! Add in your Veggies (Broccoli or etc) Last!!
Its pretty easy
