浸浴方法:每星期兩至三次,每次15-20分鐘
水溫:38-42度
部位:浸浴可浸至腰,足浴要浸至膝下(整條小腿)
小貼士:為加促血液循環效果,浸浴時可加入粗鹽3-5湯匙,或米酒2杯,或修形精華液5-10毫升。(足浴可將份量減半)。浸浴後要多喝水補充失去水份, 1-2杯暖水。
