这里有卖家是常用Pos Laju Prepaid Envelope / Box 服务的吗？
不知道你们知不知道关于这个条例：
Q14 Will Poslaju accept Prepaid Envelope/ Box if it’s exceeding the suggested weight limit?
Yes, the posting is acceptable provided the shape of the Prepaid Envelope/ Box is unchanged.However Poslaju will not be responsible for any refund, lost or damage occurred due to exceeding the suggested weight limit.
就是说过重的话，一样是可以邮寄的。。。
我今天去邮寄1.4kg的包裹，使用RM9，1kg的Prepaid Envelope。那个counter的人一直说不可以寄。。
我想问你们有没有遇过这样的case？如何解决呢？
