Business Administration vs Business Management
Business Admin = Process to organize the business/firm resources and people in order to achieve the objectives.
Business Management = Stressing the business skill to make an effective business leader.
How can a businessman (ie, manager) retain "control" of a company?
Definition of Control: following up on the progress of the plans in order to guarantee their ultimate success.
How?
1. Organizing / Effective Team - How can you define EFFECTIVE TEAM to lead the company?
2. Leadership / Efficient Leader to make sure the productivity - What kind of leader to make sure the productivity is excellent?
3. Management - What kind of management can you serve to ensure the quality of the outcomes? How?
4. Planning - What kind of strategies provided to navigate the business in the future?
5. 7P's Strategies / SWOT Analysis - To identify your company in order to stronghold / strengthen the company.
For what reason might he have to surrender control?
1. Inefficient works / planning
2. Low productivity of works.
3. Lack of experience
4. Staffing issue.
"Attack the WEAKNESS from SWOT Analysis and you will get your score

What possible dangers are there to him in doing so.
