首先要改善生活习惯,尽量11点之前睡,多喝水,多吃蔬菜水果,减少压力~
如果皮肤不敏感的话一星期scrub 2次,帮皮肤清洁一下~
我自己以前皮肤也是很烂的,mm加油,不要放弃哦~
