
冬瓜雪耳鸡汤
材料:鸡骨架、冬瓜、白木耳、枸杞子、红枣、盐
1。鸡骨,汆烫去血水
2。冬瓜去皮洗净,切块
3。白木耳洗净,浸泡好后撕小片
3。水烧开,把所有材料下锅熬2小时左右,加少许盐调味即可
功效:清热祛湿
