
竹笋汤(素)
材料:竹笋、萝卜、玉米芯、香菇、黑木耳、枸杞子、盐
1。烧点开水,先把竹笋放进去煮一下,去掉竹笋的酸性
2。竹笋、萝卜、玉米芯洗净切好备用
3。香菇洗净,清水浸泡
4。清水烧开,所有材料下锅煮1小时,熄火后下适量盐调味即可
