Mark of the Ninja Remastered launches October 9
《忍者之印：重制版》发售日和新宣传片公布

　　作为《饥荒》厂商Klei Entertainment曾经推出的经典横版过关游戏《忍者之印》（或译《忍者印记》）也将推出游戏的重制版。此次《忍者之印：重制版（Mark of the Ninja: Remastered）》将在 10 月 10 号发售，登陆PC（Steam）、PS4、XboxOne以及Switch平台

　　在《忍者之印》中玩家将扮演一位忍者在游戏的关卡中通过丰富的暗杀系统完成任务。游戏有独特的画风设定，巧妙的关卡设定以及丰富的暗杀系统。游戏原作在Steam上也是收获了玩家的“好评如潮（96%的好评）”。

　　此次游戏的重制版在画面上，将最高支持4K分辨率，同时在游戏的音效方面，重制版也将支持5.1环绕高保真音效。在内容方面，重制版也增加了新角色的剧情线，玩家将可以解锁新道具、剧情关卡等内容。另外游戏的Steam商店页面显示游戏相比于原版，也开始支持中文。

• Enhanced Visuals – The original in-game art was compressed to 720p, despite the source material being originally drawn at a much higher resolution. In the remaster we’ve re-exported everything in high definition up to full 4K resolution on supported hardware.
Includes Special Edition DLC – Adds Dosan’s tale. Play as a young Dosan, get new unique items, an additional story level and unlocked developer commentary nodes throughout the original game.

• Character and Background Enhancements – Characters have been re-exported from the original vector graphics and all backgrounds have dramatically increased resolution. The remastered visuals allow for never before seen detail and overall reduced banding and other artifacts, even when playing on standard 1080p monitors and devices.

• Remastered Cinematics – All scenes exported at 4K resolution, polished and most scenes have been reanimated for additional detail.

• 5.1 Surround Sound – All new 5.1 surround mix for the entire game. In-game audio uses new high quality compression and the cinematic audio is completely redone to improve both fidelity and quality.

• New Game Plus – Finish the game and unlock this mode, offering new challenges and rewards.

Fantasy action platformer JackQuest: Tale of the Sword coming to PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC this fall

Fast-paced fantasy action platformer JackQuest: Tale of the Sword is coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC this fall, publisher Blowfish Studios and developer NX Games announced.

One fateful night, when young Jack takes the beautiful Nara for a walk in the woods, his love is kidnapped by the villainous orc Korg. Forced to mount a rescue, Jack plunges into Korg’s underground base, where he happens upon a strange blade that becomes an unlikely ally.

In JackQuest, players will explore the cavernous depths of Korg’s slime-ridden, labyrinthine lair. There, they will solve environmental puzzles, discover power-ups, obtain new abilities, collect weapons, and challenge subterranean foes, including massive bosses.

A fast-paced affair, JackQuest wastes no time with its quick combat and steady progression, guiding players through a single-interconnected world full of secrets, collectable gems, and hidden challenges that are sure to keep completionists engaged for hours on end.

　　游戏厂商 Amata KK 今（1）日释出旗下开发中作品《最后迷宫（暂译，原名：Last Labyrinth）》首部宣传影片，预计 2019 年春季上市。

　　由多乐猫共同创作者、曾担任《随身玩伴（どこでもいっしょ）》总监的高桥宏典所率领的团队 Amata KK 打造的新作《最后迷宫》，是一款逃脱冒险虚拟现实（VR）游戏。

　　游戏中在玩家开始适应黑暗后，发现自己置身在一个陌生房间里，当你尝试站起来时却无法移动，才发现自己被捆绑在轮椅上。 恐惧之中，你看到一个神秘女孩站在黑暗之中，玩家必须与这名神秘女孩一起从充满隐藏危机的豪宅逃脱。

　　《最后迷宫》预计 2019 年春季上市，支持 HTC Vive、Oculus Rift、Windows Mixed Reality 和 PlayStation VR 装置。



Amata K.K. has released a teaser trailer for its virtual reality adventure game Last Labyrinth.

Introduction

An escape-the-room adventure game that can only be experienced in VR, Last Labyrinth was created specifically for the VR age. Players must work to escape a mansion full of hidden dangers with a mysterious girl that appears before them.

Development of Last Labyrinth is being spearheaded by Hiromichi Takahashi, director and producer of the acclaimed Doko Demo Issyo (PlayStation, 1999) series and co-creator of Toro (the Sony Cat). Working alongside Mr. Takahashi is a diverse team, many of whom are industry veterans with resumes featuring titles that are household names around the world.

Debuting at Tokyo Game Show 2016, the Last Labyrinth preview demo created a lot of buzz, with a long line of attendees waiting to play. Media outlets from around Japan and abroad covered the announcement of the game, and 4Gamer.net nominated Last Labyrinth for the Tokyo Game Show 2016 Media Award in the Indie category.

The interest continued to grow at Laval Virtual 2017, where Last Labyrinth received the Best VR/AR Contents award.

And, in spring of 2019, the full version of Last Labyrinth will receive a multi-platform, worldwide release.

Your eyes begin to adjust to the darkness, and you find yourself in a room you’ve never seen before. You go to stand, but are barely able to move. You look down to find that your arms and legs are strapped to a wheelchair.

As the panic begins to set in, you catch a glimpse of a figure out of the corner of your eye.

Last Labyrinth is due out digitally for PlayStation VR, HTC Vive, Oculus Rift, and Windows Mixed Reality Headsets in spring 2018.

Arika discusses Fighting EX Layer for PC, cross-play



Following a teaser trailer last week, Arika has shared a formal update on the newly announced PC version of Fighting EX Layer.

About the Steam Version

While the sales of the PS4 version weren’t the best, it was thanks to everyone’s support that we were able to release two additional characters at no extra charge. We truly thank you.

As we promised in our original plan, we would like to begin working on a Steam version. However, since we do not have a Season Pass or DLC, we do not have enough Development Funds. Therefore, we are facing a dilemma where we cannot work on the Steam version and the newest Update at the same time. In addition, we are also developing the Arcade version right now.

So, after taking everything into consideration, we decided to prioritize working on the Steam version. The main reason is that the arcade board used by Taito runs the same OS as Steam.

We have decided to develop this as Version 1.1.1 (the current PS4 version is 1.1.0). We did not plan on adding any balance changes.

However, the other day Nishitani-san said that he wished to change some of the Gougi decks, which if we decide to do, would lead to the Arcade and Steam versions being 1.1.1 while the PS4 version remains 1.1.0, which means there would be a difference between platforms.

We fully understand that this would not make the PS4 users happy. So, we decided to push ourselves are update the PS4 version to 1.1.1 as well.

Right now, the Development Team is putting everything they have into releasing the same version over 3 different platforms. There may end up being some slight differences between the versions, but we ask for your understanding.

Also, please understand that the reality that the development of any potential updates or new content is based on the sales of these upcoming versions.

When the release day is decided, we will make a formal announcement.

We will be providing a small number of Steam Beta Keys to help with promotion and testing of the network. We will take full responsibility for these actions. There may also be cases where we have people playing in official exhibitions before the game is released to the public. We humbly ask for your understanding.

About Cross-Play

We are terribly sorry, but this impossible with our company’s assets. We do not have the funding to prepare an Entry Server, Matching Server, and Relay Server around the entire world. It’s impossible to do without having a game that’s a huge hit worldwide as well as plenty of DLC items to cover the funds. We apologize for our lack of ability.

Zelda-like Metroidvania Hazelnut Bastille for Switch and PC teaser trailer

Hazelnut Bastille tells the story of a young woman who travels to a foreign shore on the outskirts of her world, in order to seek out the promised gifts of mythological ancients, in hopes of retrieving something which was lost to her. History

Hazelnut Bastille started as a prototyping project in April of 2016, and has been in full time development ever since. The project is being developed in the Unity Engine, in a custom framework built in C#, and features its own custom development tools and level editors which allow us to manage environmental art and level design scripting in one package.

Sci-fi 3D space shooter Subdivision Infinity DX announced for PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC



Publisher Blowfish Studios and developer Mistfly Studios have announced sci-fi 3D space shooter Subdivision Infinity DX for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC. It will launch in early 2019.

Overcooked! 2 DLC ‘Surf ‘n’ Turf’ now available
《煮过头 2》“海鲜牛排”DLC上市 新增菜谱与厨房

　　《煮过头 2》迎来“海鲜牛排”（Surf ‘n’ Turf）DLC，加入大量新菜谱，12个新关卡，还有用来刷盘子的水枪。厂商公布了这款DLC的上市宣传片。

　　“海鲜牛排”DLC将让玩家们加入洋葱国王的冒险，烹饪新的菜肴，结识新的角色，探索新的厨房。“海鲜牛排”DLC特色内容有：

Publisher Team17 and developer Ghost Town Games have announced the release of Overcooked! 2 downloadable content “Surf ‘n’ Turf.” It is available now for $5.99.

In Surf ‘n’ Turf players will join the Onion King on a culinary island adventure, cooking up new recipes, navigating new kitchens and meeting some colorful characters. Hi, everyone. I’m very pleased to meet you all at Tokyo Game Show. My name is Alex S. Rabb, and I’m the founder and managing director of Digic Pictures.

Back in the old days I was a gamer myself, but nowadays I can’t compete with you guys at all. We got very excited when we got in touch with Iggymob about seven months ago earlier this year, because we are always looking for challenging new opportunities. We are honored to be working with Iggymob on the Gungrave G.O.R.E. project and to make this game real big.

Digic Pictures is located in the heart of Europe in Hungary. Our studio is in the so-called mini Silicon Valley, Budapest next to the beautiful river Danube. My aim when I established Digic about 16 years ago was to create films that are only limited by the imagination of its creator. This is what we call digital magic, and this is what our name Digic is coming from.

At the moment we have more than 300 people in our studio—a talented team of 3D artists, directors, production managers, motion capture and 3D photo scan specialists, stuntmen, and so on. They are the very reason they can bring universes and characters alive, and create amazing virtual worlds. At the beginning, we started with trailers, teasers, promotions for games, and then we got involved with in-game cutscenes, and right now we are working on short movies as well. But creating movies for games stays always in the bottom of our hearts.

Digic has created more than a hundred movies up to now, including projects for clients such as Sony, Square Enix, Microsoft, Ubisoft, Activision, Riot Games, just to name a few. It is our aim to create short movies, not just trailers for the games. We believe that telling stories is the key. Perfect visuals are the basics, but that is not enough. A good cinematic relies on a captivating story just exactly as a good feature film. We want you to feel that you are part of the action, the fight.

Iggymob and Gungrave G.O.R.E., they’ve got a new game, a new type of collaboration, and a new partner. It is super exciting for us to be involved from a very early development phase of the game. Starting with the trailer, we will also develop opening and ending scenes, and maybe a few surprises. To give you a little sneak peek of what you can expect, the story of the game is very emotional, so we will enjoy showcasing all this drama through our cinematics.

This game will be one of the most stylish shooters, packed with “Full Break” gun action and “Transform” gun kata that no one has ever seen before in a game. It is a great chance for Digic to compose beautiful-executed scenes matching all the excitement.

Gungrave G.O.R.E. is the next stage of a successful franchise, and Digic is proud to join Iggymob on this journey. With other prominent partners, we can establish the basis of a long term relationship.

Gungrave G.O.R.E. is due out for PlayStation 4 in winter 2019 in Japan.

Futuristic arcade racer Xenon Racer announced for PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC



Publisher Soedesco and developer 3DClouds have announced Xenon Racer, an arcade racing game set in the year 2030. It will be released both physically and digitally for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Switch, and digitally for PC (Steam). A release date was not announced.

In an era of flying vehicles, a last one-off championship for traditional wheeled vehicles has been organised, with cutting edge electric cars boosted by Xenon gas. Rushing through treacherous turns as bright neon lights flash by, players drift through the futuristic streets of cities like Tokyo and Dubai. Resisting massive G-forces, they’ll have to demand the utmost of technology to race at breakneck speeds in the pursuit of eternal victory.

Xenon Racer will be playable for the first time at Milan Games Week 2018 from October 5 to 7.
