Sony Interactive Entertainment Japan Asia has released the E3 2017 trailer for its upcoming PlayStation VR-exclusive title V! No Heroes Allowed R!.
The game, developed by SIE Japan Studio in collaboration with Acquire, is a real-time sty game that puts players in the role of the God of Destruction seeking world conquest.
Players will breed monsters using food cycle mechanics, and repel the hero that approaches while gaining control of the castle that is his stronghold.
The three-minute trailer introduces the basic systems of the game, including new actions such as “God of Destruction Skills,” “[粗俗词语过滤-#0003]ing Up and Shooting Out,” and “Magic Circle Creation.”
If you missed it earlier this week, read more about the game here.
V! No Heroes Allowed R! is due out for PlayStation VR in Japan this fall. A western release has yet to be announced, but given that E3 is a western convention and this is the “E3 trailer,” Sony will likely announce one shortly.

PlayStation Plus Games for July 2017 Announced
PS Plus: Free Games for July 2017
Greetings, PlayStation Nation — and happy start to your summer! We have a bunch of great gaming stuff to talk about, so let’s get started.
First off, the free PlayStation Plus games for July are Until Dawn and Game of Thrones.
Until Dawn is a PlayStation exclusive survival horror adventure where eight friends are trapped together on a remote mountain retreat, and they aren’t alone. You can play as each of the eight characters and experience fear like never before, where every decision you make could mean the difference between life and death!
Next up, we have Telltale’s Game of Thrones series. You’ll get all six episodes, which follows the family of House Forrester as they survive (Or don’t?) the War of the Five Kings. Winter is Coming, and this is a great way to beat the summer heat.
Full Lineup
Until Dawn, PS4
Game of Thrones, PS4
Tokyo Jungle, PS3
Darkstalkers Resurrection, PS3
Element4l, PS Vita
Don’t Die, Mr. Robot, PS Vita (Cross Buy on PS4)
Additionally, from July 4 through October 24 all PlayStation Plus members can get That’s You in celebration of PlayLink’s launch. That’s You sets you off on a journey of discovery with up to five of your friends and family, where you can find out what you really think about each other.
Joining the fun is easy: all you need is your smartphone or tablet and the free companion app. Snap a selfie and enjoy tons of funny questions, texting games, and drawing challenges.
Finally, Orcs Must Die Unchained is launching in closed beta on July 18. As a PlayStation Plus member, not only will you get access to the beta, but you’ll get an exclusive Orcs Must Die Unchained Plus Pack as part of your membership. The $20 pack is only available until August 15, so get it while you can.
Matterfall: Get Acquainted With Housemarque’s New Shooter with 8-minutes of Gameplay
When it comes to no-nonsense arcade twitch gaming, Finnish studio Housemarque is the safest pair of hands in the business. Coming off a sizzling PS4 hot streak which includes Resogun, Alienation and last month’s phenomenal coin-op throwback Nex Machina, it has yet another slice of irresistible bullet hell coming down the pipe.
Matterfall, coming to PS4 on August 15th, is a slick twin-stick side-scroller that transports you to the towering vertical cities of a distant future. You’ll need to suit up and fight for control of the mysterious “smart matter” that is over-running your world and giving rise to hordes of matter-infected enemies. Cue thumb cramps and massive explosions.
To get a closer look at exactly how the studio’s latest offering works, we grabbed Senior Level Designer Jari Hokkanen at E3 last month to take us through a full level playthrough, including a fearsome boss fight. Check out the full video above – then head on over to PlayStation Store to secure your pre-order.
Today I’m extremely excited to announce that Sundered releases on July 28th!
I’m proud to say that Sundered is by far the best game we’ve ever made. The love, sweat and sleepless nights that have gone into this game have it made it into something that we as a team are truly proud of.
To celebrate Sundered’s launch, our first game, Jotun, is free to own this weekend on Steam and GOG. Download it and keep it forever. Impress the Gods: on Steam or on GOG.
We’ve also set up pre-orders for Sundered. If you pre-order the game on Steam, you’ll get 10% off and the soundtrack for free on Steam.
If you pre-order the game on PS4, you’ll get 15% off on PS4.
From the bottom of the team’s heart we want to thank for your support. From the announcement, to the Kickstarter, to the alphas and betas, the ride has been incredible.
