我是认为那samsung的员工说有说没有。

samsung Kies就可以備份了啊.
再不然用Superbackup的app就可以了.

最完美的備份就是titanium了

Hey sorry for writing in English because my Office's PC don't have Chinese language integrated.....

So, if you rajin enough, why bother sending ur phone to the shop. I'll PM you the steps to format ur s3. But first things first, use Samsung Kies to backup ur SMS, contact, and files to ur pc. I don't think it is necessary if you want to backup apps because ur phone's problem is because of your apps. Furthermore, ur google/samsung account does keep track of what you've download from google play and you may redownload it(as for using other market like appChina, you may want to note down those apps for safe, it won't take you much time to redownload those file again)^^.

As for the steps, I'll PM you the links because due to my membership in jbtalks, I'm not allow to post any links to you. So, if you rajin enough then follow my steps ba...... XD

不過我對於手機方面不是很懂
最好還是給予專業人士幫我弄得好
反正還有warranty 而且也比較安全

我必須用kies備份所有需要的文件之後
再format掉手機
然後要reinstall app，
再復原？
