Release date announced for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Game of the Year Edition

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Game of the Year Edition offers over 150 hours of open world adventures and sees players take on the role of professional monster slayer Geralt of Rivia, as he seeks out the child of prophecy in Wild Hunt, faces off against a ruthless bandit captain in Hearts of Stone, and unravels the terrifying secret of the beautiful region of Toussaint in Blood and Wine.

Game of the Year Edition includes the critically acclaimed base game, winner of over 250 GOTY awards and most lauded game of 2015 with over 800 awards in total, both expansion packs - Hearts of Stone & Blood and Wine - and every piece of downloadable content, as well as every update and improvement ever released.

The game will release on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 on August 30th, 2016. In select territories and sales channels the game will be available as The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Complete Edition.

《巫师3年度版》不保留玩家原有存档

　　D Projekt RED的社区经理Marcin Momot在《巫师3》的官方论坛上公布了这一消息，他表示系统会将《巫师3》和《巫师3：年度版》识别为两个不同的产品，这意味着《巫师3》老玩家的存档无法沿用到《巫师3：年度版》中。

　　不过由于Momot还通过官方Twitter证实《巫师3：年度版》将包含有自己的奖杯列表，因此那些已经通过的老玩家可以拥有新的奖杯列表，如果是奖杯玩家还是可以痛痛快快地再玩一次冒险。

　　而这对于那些《巫师3》新玩家来说，不继承存档可以保证让他们真切了解游戏的魅力，和老玩家们在同一起跑线上。

　　据悉，《巫师3：年度版》将于8月30日正式发售，对应平台包括PS4、Xbox One和PC平台。《巫师3》由于过硬的游戏素质和耐玩度，在2015年就收揽了多个奖项，而在7月中旬时CD Projekt RED就曾透露本作的销量将突破1000万份，而伴随着年度版的发售，相信销量还会持续增加。

Netflix is developing The Witcher TV series
Netflix将推出《巫师》电视剧 以原作小说为基础翻拍

　　Andrzej Sapkowski的小说与CD Projekt Red制作的游戏《巫师》系列在全世界都风靡一时，今日IGN透露称Netflix将推出《巫师》的电视剧，以Sapkowski的小说为基础进行翻拍。

　　本次Sapkowski也将作为本次电视剧的创意顾问，并且他表示他相信Netflix会在电视剧中保持他耗费三十年的精力写出小说的感觉与故事。

　　此外，《巫师》系列三作以及《赛博朋克2077》的宣传片导演Tomas Baginski也将参与电视剧的导演工作，在每一季都至少会导演一集。虽然目前还没说要拍巫师里的哪个故事，也没说什么时候能面世，不过Netflix出品的剧集都有一定的品质，大家可以期待一下。

Polish Author Andrzej Sapkowski’s Fantasy Franchise to be Brought to Life as English Language Drama Series

Netflix is developing and producing a new English language drama series based on The Witcher, the globally popular fantasy saga from Polish writer Andrzej Sapkowski, that has entranced legions of fans worldwide. Known collectively as the Witcher Saga, Sapkowski’s eight novels and story collections center on "witchers" -- hunters who develop supernatural abilities at a young age to battle deadly monsters. The New York Times bestselling books have spawned a major video game franchise and have been translated into over 20 languages.

“Andrzej Sapkowski has created a rich and memorable world, at once magical and familiar,” said Erik Barmack, Netflix Vice President, international series. “We couldn’t be more excited about bringing Netflix members around the world.” “I’m thrilled that Netflix will be doing an adaptation of my stories, staying true to the source material and the themes that I have spent over thirty years writing,” said Sapkowski. “I’m excited about our efforts together, as well as the team assembled to shepherd these characters to life.” Andrzej Sapkowski will serve as a creative consultant on the series.

Sean Daniel (The Mummy franchise, Ben-Hur, The Expanse) and Jason Brown (The Expanse), partners at the Sean Daniel Company are executive producers, along with Tomek Baginski (Oscar nominated short The Cathedral, BAFTA winning The Fallen Art, Ambition) and Jarek Sawko (The Fallen Art, Another Day of Life) from Platige Image, the Polish production and visual effects company. Bagiński will also direct at least one episode of each season.

“The Witcher stories follow an unconventional family that comes together to fight for truth in a dangerous world,” said Sean Daniel and Jason Brown. “The characters are original, funny and constantly surprising and we can’t wait to bring them to life at Netflix, the perfect home for innovative storytelling.”

Added Platige Image’s Tomek Baginski and Jarek Sawko: "There is a moral and intellectual depth in these books which goes beyond genre. It is a story about today and today’s challenges, hidden under a fantasy cover. It is a story about us, about the monster and the hero inside all of our hearts.”

　　《巫师》是改编自波兰奇幻小说家安杰·萨普科夫斯基同名奇幻小说《猎魔人》※ 的角色扮演游戏，以具备超凡体能与异能、以猎捕怪物为业的猎魔士「利维亚的杰洛特-加龙省」为主角，一头灰白色头发、有着 “白狼” 外号的他， 在南北诸国势力对抗的奇幻世界中，展开一次又一次的冒险。

《巫师3：狂猎》PS4 Pro版更新

　　CD Project Red 放出了《巫师3：狂猎》的PS4的1.51版更新，最大的特性是为PS4 Pro加入了4K画面的支持。PS4 Pro玩家们终于在Xbox One X发售前等到了这个画质增强。

　　就在CD Project Red计划将Xbox One X的更新放在年底的之后几天，这个PS4 Pro更新就发布了。更新文件还不到200MB。早期打上补丁的用户反馈安装更新后确实有了分辨率上的提升，而且也能兼容1080p的显示器和电视。

　　《巫师3：狂猎》是CD Project Red在2015年5月份发售的重量级作品。游戏至今已经在PC、PS4、Xbox One平台上累计卖出了1000万份。之后又发售了包含之前两个DLC的年度游戏版。

　　《巫师》系列游戏开发商 CD PROJEKT RED 于今（22）日宣布，释出《巫师 3：狂猎》Xbox One X 的性能强化更新档，PlayStation 4 Pro 更新也将于近期推出。 玩家将可以在双平台上享受强化过后的游戏体验。

　　Xbox One X 版《巫师 3：狂猎》更新将会提供「4K」与「效能」两种在视觉保真与性能上微调的模式供玩家选择。

　　在「4K 模式」中，所有游戏内容将会以 4K 分辨率呈现（或超级采样在非 4K 显示器上），并强化阴影、环境遮蔽、材质过滤等效果，及以 30fps 的更新率与更高分辨率的游戏体验。 「效能模式」则提供广域的分辨率调整，让游戏以 60fps 更新率的目标下在 1080p 乃至 4K 的分辨率之间做切换。 两种模式都将额外支持 HDR，在支持 HDR 的显示器上提供更生动的游玩体验。

　　官方也承诺，PlayStation 4 版《巫师 3：狂猎》也将于近期释出更新档，针对 PlayStation 4 Pro 性能提升整体的游戏体验。 该更新也同样将包含稍早于 10 月提升至 4K 分辨率、环境遮蔽、材质过滤等整体游戏优化所释出的更新档内容。
