①每天睡眠時間不少於7小時不多於9小時;
②睡前1小時喝杯牛奶,有助於安神和提高睡眠品質;
③不要在床上看書或看電視,以免影響床上習慣;
④儘量在晚間11點前睡覺,幫助身體代謝;
⑤儘量在7點前起床,這樣有利於排出宿便;
⑥可以午睡,但是不要超過30分.
