Is the real case or u just want the story ? By the way .. laptop is not my profession .. I don't know any problem of laptop ..

try googling conversation between a customer and an IT technician/assistant.

u can start off by a common gretting

IT: "hello/good day.how may i help u, sir?"
C: yes, please. my laptop is not functioning properly and i dont seem to know why.
IT: let me have a look and do some thorough checking.

then bla bla bla, technician explain problem, how to solve problem etc

c: thank you very much! you are truly a life saver! all my backups and documents are still intact.
IT: its my pleasure, sir. if the problem persist, do give us a call and we'll see what else we can do.
c: well, thank you in advance. i hope it will be a one-time solution. its a hassle to come here to get the laptop fix.
IT: u're welcome, sir.

IT technician :  Dear sir, May I help you ?
Customer :  Hi sir, can you help me check my laptop, it cannot power up.

IT technician :  Dear sir, there's a few steps for you to trouble shoot your problem.
"1st, Check your power, have you switch on the main power on wall ?"
Customer: Yes, the wall power is power ON.

IT technician: Now push the POWER button from your Laptop. It is working now ?
Customer : No sir, there's no power on my Laptop.

IT technician : Try to press and hold POWER button 10seconds. It is Ok now?
Customer : Yup, Thank you sir, my laptop is working fine now.  How did you done this ?

IT technician : Sure, it is very easy to solve your problem.
"1st.  Open www.youtube.com  from another computer or laptop.
" 2nd  Type and search " oppa gangnam style"
