昨天上了Google Play 登记一个什么Publisher account, 付了USD $25，结果发现只能在Google Play 上载/发布免费的应用软件（Apps）。原因是在大马无法开设Google Checkout Merchant Account ，所以只能发布软件， 无法售卖软件获取利润。真有这么一回事吗？
