生化危机新作将于E3亮相 可能不是《生化危机7》

　　下一部生化危机游戏可能在即将到来的E3展会上公布。不过更有趣的是这部作品可能不再是生化危机6的续作，它可能是一部类似《生化危机：启示录》的作品。这则传言来自NeoGAF论坛，已经被各方面确认。正统生化危机7时间后延一点也不奇怪，这并不会影响这款游戏就像启示录一样。

　　新生化危机信息如下：

- 它不是生化危机7
- 游戏将于E3 2014展会发布
- 游戏将会有3名系列角色回归，一男二女。
- 其中2名角色在过去10年都没露过脸，还有一个从未与玩家见过面。

小野义德离职闹乌龙：只离开分部 其它职位未变

　　今天卡普空《街霸4》制作人小野义德在个人Twiiter上宣布，他已经辞去Capcom温哥华分部(Capcom Game Studio Vancouver)的主管职位，该分部之前主要负责开发《丧尸围城3》。

　　小野义德说，自己需要花些时间仔细考虑接下来的事情，而现在的当务之急是看巴西世界杯。

　　这两条动态引来不少玩家和媒体的误解，不少人认为小野义德从卡普空辞职不干了。小野义德也赶紧发推澄清：“我只是结束了Capcom Vancouver的任职，我在卡普空的其它职位和目前所参与的项目并没有变。”

　　而小野义德所说的接下来的事情是什么呢?小野义德的个人Linkedln页面上显示，他除了负责已经公布的《深邃地狱(Deep Down)》之外，也还有一款未公布的PS4作品。

Capcom abandons its stock takeover defense plan, now open to buyout

Non-approval of Renewal of Takeover Defense

The 35th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Capcom Co., Ltd. was held today, June 16, 2014. At this meeting, the shareholders did not approve our third proposal: Renewal of Countermeasures in response to a Large-Scale Purchase of Shares of the Company (Takeover Defense). Capcom made an announcement concerning this proposal in a press release dated May 16, 2014.

1. Result of voting

The takeover defense proposal was not approved because this proposal did not receive majority of voting rights as required.

2. Upcoming actions

Despite of non-approval of Renewal of Takeover Defense at the 35th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, Capcom will continue to focus on further preserving and enhancing corporate value and common interests of its shareholders. If there is any large-scale purchaser of Capcom stock, we will react to make necessary measures within the admissible limits of applicable laws and regulations. In addition, we will react to take steps to ensure disclosure of the position of the board of directors and other information and that there is sufficient time for shareholders to examine the proposed large-scale purchase and reach a decision.

CAPCOM 状告KOEI TECMO《战国无双》等游戏侵害自家专利

　　根据日本产经体育报网站报导，日本游戏厂商CAPCOM 日前以「侵害专利」为由，对另一家日本游戏厂商KOEI TECMO Games 提出约9 亿8000 万日圆的侵权损害赔偿，26 日在大阪地方法院展开第1 场言词辩论庭，被告方KOEI TECMO Games 向法院诉请驳回CAPCOM 的请求。
 
　　遭到CAPCOM 指控侵害其专利的游戏包括《真‧三国无双猛将传》、《战国无双猛将传》与《零～红蝶～》等共49 款游戏。根据的是CAPCOM 于2002 年所取得的两项专利，主要内容为「与别的软体组合后让游戏追加新角色与新剧本的功能」以及「利用震动来通知玩家有敌人存在的装置」。前者应用在《无双》系列的资料片《猛将传》上，后者则应用在《零～红蝶～》中。

　　由于KOEI TECMO Games 的游戏中有与这些专利相同的功能，因此原告方CAPCOM 主张KOEI TECMO Games 的行为「侵害了专利权，对销售带来巨大的贡献」，将以至少97 亿3000 万日圆的销售金额来计算，要求约5～10% 的授权费为赔偿，同时要求停止部分游戏的销售。

Earlier this month, we heard that SNK filed a criminal lawsuit against Square Enix for violating copyright infringement laws, and now, it looks like Capcom are suing Koei Tecmo for patent infringement, according to a report by Sankei.

To be more specific, Sankei’s report mentions that Capcom are suing Koei Tecmo Games due to the patent infringement in games such as Samurai Warriors: Xtreme Legends and 49 other titles for a total of about 980 million yen (about $9.43 million).

According to the lawsuit, Capcom filed a patent back in 2002 that involves a function that lets you acquire new content by combining an existing game with another piece of software.

While the description of the patent’s full contents remains unclear, it appears that Capcom are effectively referring to the idea of expansion packs, and importing content into the new version of a game. Since the patent was filed back in 2002, it likely covers the concept of using expansion discs in conjunction with the original disc of a game, in order to unlock content, as was the case with Samurai Warriors : Xtreme Legends.

Additionally, another patent mentioned in the report is a controller-vibrating notification feature when enemy characters are nearby. Capcom claims that the patent infringement “has greatly contributed to the sales” of Koei Tecmo’s titles.

It is said that Koei Tecmo has seen a profit of about 9.73 billion yen in total sales, and Capcom are looking to acquire around 5 - 10% in license fees. They’re also demanding the suspension of sales on several Tecmo Koei titles as well.

洛克人原声CD《Rockman Sound BOX》10月发售

　　CAPCOM近日发表了《洛克人》系列原声CD《Rockman Sound BOX》的发售信息。

　　曾经于2012年纪念洛克人诞生而发售的e-CAPCOM限定特典《Rockcan Sound E缶》获得了很高的人气，而这次的CD正是其复刻版，并且取消了e-CAPCOM限定而是进行了普通发售。虽然本次没有E缶作为附赠品，不过在内容方面还是没得说，10枚CD完整地收录了《洛克人》系列所有的音乐。

CAPCOM招募开发员 为次世代格斗游戏做准备

　　在《终极街头霸王》推出之后，CAPCOM也将下一个格斗游戏项目的平台对准了次世代。日前CAPCOM旗下知名制作人小野义德在其个人Twitter上发出通告，向社会招募次世代对战格斗游戏的开发人员。

　　小野义德在Twitter上说道：“我们正在招募新同事来和我们以及Dimps工作室共同开发新格斗游戏。”CAPCOM和Dimps一直以来联合开发《街头霸王4》系列作品，同时也联合开发了《街头霸王对铁拳》。早在今年6月CAPCOM就表示过次世代格斗游戏已在计划阶段，现在他们终于迈出了第一步。

Devil May Cry 4: Special Edition Debut Trailer & Screens, PC Version Confirmed

　　CAPCOM推出的PS4/XBOXONE平台游戏《鬼泣4：特别版》来自杂志速报消息发售日判明!预定于2015年6月18日推出，价格为4490日元(未含税)，数量限定特典为Lady与Trish的追加衣装以及30万红魂下载码。另外PC版预定于6月24日发售。

　　但丁的哥哥维吉尔参战确定，新模式“VERGIL GAME”与“LADY/TRISH GAME”实装，使用尼禄与但丁通过的各任务可以操作维吉尔、Lady以及Trish再游玩，另外只有PC版收录过的可以与大量敌人战斗的“Legendary leader click Night mode”也将实装。

Face your Demons with Devil May Cry 4 Special Edition!

Devil May Cry 4 Special Edition is currently in development for PC, PlayStation 4 computer entertainment system and Xbox One, the all-in-one games and entertainment system from Microsoft, and will be available to purchase as a digital download in Summer 2015. The Special Edition will include the original 2008 release, which went on to sell over 3 million copies worldwide, plus three new playable characters, Legendary Dark Knight Mode and additional gameplay improvements. We've just released the debut trailer for the title to showcase the new and improved features from this critically-acclaimed chapter in the legendary Devil May Cryseries.

Although he's not the main star of the show, Dante's twin brother Vergil is stealing the spotlight.
