You can't master a second language without a little learning tricks.

Memorizing is not the right way in learning, especially in learning vocabulary. Making it fun is the key. With that, you can remember words better by making them vivid and alive in your head.

For example, how do you remember the word rainbow?
Well, rain and bow.

You'll see rainbow after the rain and it looks like a bow.
Drawing a bow while explaining makes students remember the spelling and the meaning in a snap. That's the trick! That's so much better than writing 'rainbow' for 15 times, huh?

我们的课程都以小班制（最多8个人）因为身为老师的我们深知小朋友们都是独立的个体，学习，理解与吸收能力不同，教学方式与技巧也必须不一样。如果要兼顾所有小朋友，大班制是不可能完成的。

只有填鸭式的学习方法才容许大班制，大家做一样的习题，老师给一样的答案，答案跟答案纸不一样就是错；完全没有变通。对我们而言，那不是教育，不是学习；那只是drilling:训练他们考试。就像兵营里，长官训练士兵们操步一样，大家都必须做一样的动作。

这样其实会让小孩慢慢地对自己失去信心 [因为他们给的答案，老师都说错（因为答案纸不是这样写的）]，失去创造能力，渐渐灰心，到最后变得很被动，等答案，不思考。其实后果就像domino effect，会影响他们以后的学习/工作态度。

这样的句型是错误的.如果他们常这样说，恐怕以后会变成坏习惯.
趁他们还能够把坏习惯改掉的时候，赶快要他们改掉吧.
