想问各位大大，我的想转的科和我现在的科前两个course code是一样的。。那么study这两个course code大概多长时间？
还有想问的是转科需要多长的时间？

还有谁能帮我翻译Due date for application is second Friday after the commencement of lectures是什么意识？tq
