17歲殺人有清醒意志確定自己在幹嗎又手法殘忍請問罪行致死嗎?

少过18岁，在马来西亚，就算谋杀都不会被判死刑哦~

未满18岁、将会会被判青少年感化院、直到21岁将会等到国家元首特赦、否则将会转入监狱直到另行通知

怎麼說等-.-? 那 21歲過後就轉入監獄話要重新判決處刑嗎?
