4. I understand that the AMT issued ID fully served as my identification document as legitimate/bonafide member of AMT Airsoft. AMT ID can be presented to any local authorities subject to the following conditions:
a. Unlawful arrest due to possession of Airsoftguns, provided that it was properly concealed in any AEG carrycase/bag and properly stored inside your residence or vehicle and in public and private place.
b. Authorities spot-checking and unexpected exposure of any concealed/covered airsoft equipments during inspection in public or private places.
5. I understand that the AMT ID cannot be represented to any authorities, and I'm releasing the liability of AMT due to the following circumstances:
a. Display or exposure of any airsoft equipments in public or private area, outside the AMT declared airsoft gamesite.
b. Using any airsoft equipments to threaten or to harm any person or animals.
c. Injuring any animals, person, players or audience using an airsoft equipments.
d. Using AEG or any of the airsoft in any criminal acts.
e. Arrest due to all/any civil or criminal case, as per the Malaysian Government Law. e.g. drinking alcohol, public disturbance, harassment, theft,rape, illegalresidency, etc.
f. I'm not actively participating in any AMT activities for a period of 8 weeks or 2 months.
g. Wearing BDU outside the gamesite.
