Watch English movies, try to speak with friends, don't be shy to speak even you are speaking the broken English, read some English magazines. The most important is, you must keep going with all of this, otherwise, nothing will be change.

I always speak english to my friends even from local.
so when i in uni, i will prefer to stick with foreigners, bcoz the chance to speak eng will be more than local students do, and it is the only language we could communicate.

I speak and write English everyday, regardless with friends or colleagues.
