English is an international language, good English speaking can provide you a great chance in terms of job opportunity, networking and business trading. In Malaysia, due to the inappropriate education system, most of our youngsters are not able to speak a proper English compared with those English educated people. This forum has provided us a platform to convey our thought in the form of writing, personally, i don't think it could be helped in the way of speaking. Perhaps, you can try to read more English newspaper and listen to English media broadcast. It should be more helpful to you. Regards.

speak while in college ,
otherwise i still used to use my mother tongue.. LOL
speaking is totally different with writting ,
you may speak well but you can't write as well as ur speaking ;)
