谁可以帮帮忙，我的车要自己买油拿去service，可是要买fully synthetic motor oil还是fully synthetic engine oil?？？

一样的东西勒写法不同而已
有差别的是 semi synthetic 跟 fully synthetic

motor oil 和 engine oil是一样的东西，写发不一样而已。
