個人認爲是
1. Did you prepare your report?

2. Do you have pen? or Can i borrow your pen?

Would和Shall的分法需要很多來解釋= =

( Have you prepare your report?)
如果没有错 < DID YOU ( past tense )

2.did you have pen or do you have pen?(你有没有pen)
(Do you have a pen )

3.would/will shall/should 的用法

1.What would you do if you are in this situation?
2.You should prepare onions before breaking up the eggs.
3.I will go to TGV Cinemas with George later.
4.I shall remove the car from the backyard in 10 minutes.

2.Do you have pen? （最好加个'a' ，Do u have a pen?）
3.would/will shall/should
would is a past tense, will is a present tense
shall is a present tense, should is a past tense

我英文也不好
所以错了请发现的人执教一下
