Scope of Work:

- Sales Quotation / Sales Order, Follow up & Update order status.
- Maintain good customer relationship.
- Relevant Sales Report.
- Perform telemarketing during company promotion or product launching period.
- Handle Customer Inquiries in timely manner.

( No need outdoor hunt account)

Basic Requirement：

基本英语和华语沟通

会使用 Microsoft Office. （Outlook, word, excel , pp）

Inside Sales Support
(Training Provided)

Job Scope:
        Prepare Sales Document : Sales Quotation, Sales Order, Sales Handover, Sales Report.
        RFQ and Price Negotiation once deal in.
        Follow up with customer on sales opportunity.
        Blast email for company marketing program. (Once / twice per month)
        Perform cold call to create opportunity. (subjected to commission, depends on program.)
•        Without experience is acceptable
•        Confident to talk with customer (English / Mandarin)
•        Will assign lead depends on capability.

Basic Requirement:
        O level/ A level or above.
        Able to speak in Mandarin/ English.
        Email communication skill. (Will guide if unable manage well)
        Willing to learn for new knowledge (Sales/ IT)
        Team work and Responsible.

Company Offer:
        Salary: RM2000- RM2800
        Annual Leave: 8-10 days (after probation)
        Medical Leave: 14 days (after probation)
        Public Holiday: 13-16 days per year (not entitled for some non-compulsory PH)
