材料
大黄瓜1大条,红萝卜1小条,蒜 5瓣,水2碗,黑醋 3匙,酱油1匙,鸡粉 1/2匙
做法
1、黄瓜、红萝卜洗净削皮切片备用
2、蒜拍扁备用
3、1匙热油锅,爆香蒜,下黄瓜、红萝卜些微拌炒
4、下2碗水闷煮至黄瓜、红萝卜半软后,下酱汁继续闷煮至黄瓜、红萝卜全熟即可。
