**To ensure proper documentation, arrangement, correspondences, report, filling and records are consistent with office guidelines and procedures.
**Responsible for the preparation and administration of monthly payroll for non-executive as well as its related activities.
**Responsible for accurate and timely contributions payment of all statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, PCB, HRDF and etc.
**Provide administration support in all administration spectrum including but not limited to office equipment maintenance.
**Responsible to renew of company related licences, Insurances, etc.
**Handle HR Administration functions including leave matters, medical matters, insurance matters, claims, personal file management and preparation of HR related letters.
**Organising and servicing office meetings.
**Other tasks & projects assigned by supervisors.

工作时间：10am to 7pm
工作日期：Monday to Friday，Saturday（10am to 3pm）
工钱 ：(Base on work experience)
条件 ：
**Candidate must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma in Business/Administration/Management or equivalent.
**Must have at least 2 years of experience in administration.
**Mature and reliable, ability to negotiate at all levels and deal with sensitive and confidential matters with tact and discretion.
**Well-developed interpersonal communication skills.
**Strong analytical and organizational skills.
**Fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.
