
材料
虾仁,鸡蛋,白胡椒粉,盐,淀粉
做法
1)虾去壳除肠洗净,下调味中的盐,胡椒粉拌匀,
2)烧热油至微滚,下虾仁泡透,沥干油分;
3)鸡蛋加入调味料打匀
4)烧热4汤匙油,倒入蛋液,在半凝固状态时下虾仁,烘至刚熟即成。
小诀窍:
在蛋液中加入少许水淀粉,炒好的蛋会比较容易成块,口感也比较松软有弹性。
