要如何sync-ml mobile and server

想请问各位大大，
要如何syncl mobile and server 的data
比如mobile OR server 有add new contact 或 add new appointment in calendar时, 当mobile connect server就会 auto sync 两边的data

还有关于blackberry, outlook, sync-ml and android 的原理, 不知哪为大大可否赐教或着给个link (url)也行

可以尝试使用 socket 同步传送资料
