調料:食用油 生姜 醬油 鹵水汁 八角 白糖
做法:
1.面筋切塊;
2.熱鍋冷油;
3.加入生姜和八角小火翻炒出香味;
4.加入面筋翻炒一下;
5.加入醬油翻炒上色;
6.加入適量的鹵水汁;
7.加水沒過面筋;
8.大火煮開后轉中火燉20分鐘;
9.最后再加半勺左右的白糖即可出鍋。
