酱汁:生抽,黑酱油和水
做法:鸡蛋和肉碎一起打匀,然后用铁汤匙一匙一匙放进锅里煎到两面金黄。(我用了两粒蛋和两大匙的肉碎可以煎出大约15片)把酱汁倒进锅里,加入煎好的鸡蛋肉饼,焖煮几分钟就可以上碟了。
