streamyx + window 7的問題

听说streamyx不support window 7
是真的吗
我最近安装了window 7
虽然我的modem是可以直接上网不过一定要弄一个network connection出来不然玩游戏很卡很卡
我开Set up a network connection or network > Connect to internet > Broadband(PPPoE) > 然后就叫我打账号密码
我打了 xxxxxxx@streamyx和密码tmnet123按connect
结果却跟我讲下面这段
The remote connection was denied because the user name and password combination you provided is not recognized, or the selected authentication protocol is not permitted on the remote access server.
要怎么解决? 如果弄不出一个手动的network connection 一直用自动的modem connect的话我什么游戏都不用玩了

没有遇到这样的问题哦,楼主的MODEM是不是设置了MANUAL CONNECT TO INTERNET ?

windows 7如果不support streamyx 马来西亚超过一半的人就不用用料咯

没有理由呀

？？？我也是用win7。你是不是给那些猪骗了？？？？

我觉得应该是你的authentication有问题。。。打去100号问问，或者是请一位师傅上你家里帮你setup吧

modem有setting auto connect 吗
这个和window 7 是没有关系的

先要到 192.168.1.1
设定 MODEM 的 Protocol --》 Bridging 才可以用拨号的方式上网。

建立SHORTCUT:

到 Network and Sharing Center --> Set up a new connecting or network --> Connect to the internet -->

Set up a new connection anyway --> Boardband ( PPPoE )

user name : xxxxxxxx@streamyx , password : yyyyyyyyyy ( xxxxxxxx : streamyx ID )
