孩子的抚养权

我和我男友生了个孩子，现在已有8个月，但是现在男友和我分了手，他们也硬把孩子带走，只说我可以随时探望，但却不能带走...
我想请问一下，我们没有注册，我能不能把孩子争取回来？因为我之前都没工作，到现在还在找工作，是不是这样就没法把孩子争取过来？

请问报生纸上面母亲是不是写你名字呀？而男方是不是写上父亲那一栏？如果有你的名字的话你是可以申请的哦

8个月的孩子通常会跟妈妈。。
不过法庭也会考虑其他因素

我和她没注册生了两个孩子。
大女儿报生纸父亲名字没放。
小女儿报生纸父亲名字放我的名。
现在分开了，她和她母亲两个都不让我看，请问有什么办法要看我的两个宝贝女儿呢？
救救我！！！

根据理由说，
还是是由母亲所得监护权的哦~
. If the child is illegitimate, the law dictates that both guardianship and custody of the child rests with the mother, unless the child is subsequently legitimated by the marriage of his parents.

出了你和你的男朋友在孩子出生后有注册结婚有不同~
