煮法:先爆香小葱头然后盛起,再放入蒜茸、大葱头炒香,加入虾、肉丝炒香,才把沙葛、包菜、红萝卜下锅翻炒至菜身软后加一点水盖锅用中小火焖至菜更软。这时才把蛋打入菜里翻炒,下鱼翅、蟹肉,加入糖、盐调味即成。
注:可以用生菜包来吃。
